Listen Rocket Scientist....if you can't read between the lines about Tradelite's "advice" on real estate and John's investment in HOMS, then maybe real estate is a great investment for you over stock trading. And another thing...I don't give a rats' ass about how much money your supposed real estate deals made. Bottom line is that if you knew how to trade, there is no other place in the world where you can make boatloads of money as quick as you can than with the stock market. OF COURSE its wise to invest in other ways including real estate but the issue here is that for a company like Homestore to be trading at even $26 is a joke, regardless of how real estate is performing at this moment.

AND for that matter....real estate is just PRIMING itself for a fall ANYWAY. It can't continue to soar like it has in the past years and I'm the one benefitting from it here in Miami Beach. The prices have become ridiculous and it won't last. IMO
