That sounds nice. I saw the cutest pattern at the shop - it was for a baby's crib, but was a very, very pale blue and lavender print.

I didn't know you sewed. Good for you! Am I the only one who doesn't? You all are so talented. I have always envied people like you who can do creative things.

When I was a kid I spent a couple of summers on a 48' boat in the 1000 Islands area of the St. Lawrence Seaway. The Singer family had bought an island and built a mansion. Really neat, they had even tiled a swimming area in the St. Lawrence River. The property had been abandoned and reverted back to the state. They had a nice dock and we used to tie up there for cookouts.
