Yes water is a factor. We are lucky it is not as efficient as methane or CO2, however it is close to it's boiling point(compared to far above it for methan or CO2) so any increase in temperature increases the mount out there.
more in the air = more precipitation = more CO2 washdown, offsetting factors.

More reflection from the clouds does indeed minimze the GH effect. I am not sure what the % are.
I do not know how fully self regulating such a FB loop can be. It may not be enough to compensate for the CO2, a more powerful gas and what if we see the methane clathrates decompose? big troublle there if that happens.
