My biggest concern, if you are a MO shareholder :

Kraft is a huge reason why alot of people own MO.....I have spoken to countless people that have told me they hate MO....dont want anything to do with the tobacco industry, but since MO owns Kraft, owning MO is the only way to have a piece of the kraft pie.

MO shareholders are not getting any kraft shares and MO will still retain the majority interest in kraft. MO gets cash, period, for this spin off of kraft. Additionally, most experts agree that mo will spin off all of kraft within a year or two.....

Now, as an MO shareholder, I would be concerned about losing kraft eventually, and what about all the shareholders that will sell MO and buy kraft....and dont fool yourself into thinking this wont happen......I know of many people that are overjoyed that they can now sell their MO shares and buy Kraft instead.....many people dont want anything to do with the big tobaco companies......with this said, I have no idea what MO share price does......but I do expect alot, and know of many people myself, that will be looking for the next pop to sell MO...........
