Here's another theory on lease rates.

Prices fluctuate... It sounds mundane but it's true. Trying to read meaning into every move in lease rates or every $10 move in gold will drive one insane (like Hutch).

Overall lease rates are still well above their average for the past couple years and gold prices have not made new lows. That's good enough for me for now.

If lease rates go below 1.75 I'll take interest, otherwise wake me up when gold breaks $280 again.
