Leaving aside the ongoing viability of 360 for a moment, a share consolidation might be a distinct possibility to maintain a presence in the U.S. That's not good news for shareholders, since invariably the share price drops after a consolidation.

I agree on both points.

CONCERNS

Immediate: Complete capex budget funding

Short-Term: Show some sales momentum

After these two items become apparent then this may represent a good investment from a risk/reward perspective (it would still be speculative however owing to the near-term bandwidth demand uncertainty).
