I posted links showing that Intel moved to a hybrid .13/.18 process to get to 1GHZ P3 and 1.7GHZ P4 - Intel has already used up half the benefit of its move to .13.

I disagree. It was my understanding that the notch was always a part of the process, and that Intel always had a 100-110nm gate on 0.18 micron (just like the rest of the Tier 1 industry: IBM, MOT, INTC, AMD).
