Nigel, was this area affected by the floods that killed so many lab animals and ruined so much equipment, computers, and storage in South Texas? Public information quotes the director of Anderson Cancer Center as saying (in effect) much is lost, but we don't know how much yet.

One should certainly pay less for experiments that were washed out and animals and equipment that are defunct. Do you know the current situation?
