Let's see....as interest rates go lower and lower the only way you can survive as a bank is to lend money (T bills are not worth much).

So naturally Bank of America is busy burning all its bridges with major customers.

As Wal-Mart pays zillions in interest on loans for real estate, etc the BofA boys will be sitting on the sidelines trying to explain away the whole thing to shareholders.

"We had to teach Wal-Mart a lesson".
