Heinz,

Don't you think that if we ARE in a bear market, and we have deflationary components, then the market bottom should not occur until well after (at least a year) the Fed's final rate cut, which would put the bottom somewhere between June, 2002 and December., 2002? This is my current thinking. Thoughts?
