I dunno. Their debt load is pretty high, and their cash flow is precarious (ie, heavily dependant on short term borrowing), especially if biz doesn't turn around before BubbleBoy raises short-term rates again:

OTOH, I agree that it's a very basic business. If their competitive position is intact and they can weather the current downturn, it would be a good play (albeit pretty speculative due to the risks described above).
