I view well designed political processes depending on direct or indirect consent of the majority to be the best practical compromise in all but extreme cases, but a majority imposing its will on the minority at least on issues beyond a basic keeping of the peace and protecting individual rights is still unjust. But the injustice is usually not on a level that would support the idea of violent opposition.
