Is that a double bottom on the longer term chart?

It may or may not turn out to be one; at this point it is just a likely next target. Whether it turns into a bottom (as a result of a successful test) or the beginning of a new leg down - well that is yet to be told.

I guess we would have to wait and see, since on test, it might or might not hold. Many of the NASDAQ stocks are already there, and we'll know next week if the test was "successful" or not.
