It was also commented that there was a potential ambiguity in defining the latest uplink message. The chairman also suggested that the overlap with the CRs that modify the RB mapping info be checked. Decision: An update of the CR was needed. The update would be in R2-011319. R2-011319 Withdrawn CR 856r1 to 25.331 on Clarification on RLC re-establishment <CR 857 Rel-4> (Qualcomm) Hector Vayanos (Qualcomm) presented this CR. Discussion: There were some editorial comments. It was suggested that some of the messages could not reconfigure the RB information and should therefore not be included. It was pointed out that the term "the message that triggered this procedure" was not very clear. A new wording should be found. A restriction that was put in needed more thought and would be taken out. This CR would be merged with CR 753. Decision: With these changes, the CR was agreed. However, it would be merged into the revision of CR 753, and therefore this CR was withdrawn.
