By: NEMESIS10 $$$ Reply To: None Tuesday, 12 Jun 2001 at 10:30 PM EDT Post # of 89836 CAREFULLY STUDYING THE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF DAUPHIN ONE WONDERS:
1. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE $500,000,000 CONTRACT THE DAUPHIN SIGNED WITH ESTEL? HOW MUCH MORE TIME DOES THE SEC OR FTC NEED TO START INVESTIGATING THE DETAILS OF THIS CONTRACT AND THE INSIDER TRADING AROUND THE SIGNING DATE?
2. DAUPHIN HAS RECEIVED PURCHASE ORDERS BEFORE, DOMESTIC AND FROM GREECE. IT HAS FAILED TO DELIVER. WHY IS DAUPHIN SO ANXIOUS TO ANNOUNCE ORDERS INSTEAD OF GOOD REVENUES?
3. ALL RECENT PURCHASE ORDERS THAT DAUPHING HAS ANNOUNCED ARE FROM SMALL GREEK COMPANIES (OR SHALL I SAY FROM SMART GREEK ENTERPRENUERS). ABSOLUTELY NO DOMESTIC ORDERS. WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF DAUPHIN WHEN IT IS IGNORED BY THE AMERICAN MARKET?
4. WHAT IS THE GROUP OF SHEHOLDERS THAT IS BEING TERGETED BY DAUPHIN? WHATEVER IT IS, A LITLE MORE INTELLECTUAL RESPECT IS MORE APROPRIATE.

Please find out about Estel Telecommunications AE. Phone: 031-685835 Fax: 031-685839 Mr. Fessas CEO/CHAIRMAN
Again our sources confirmed that Estel has no licenses; there is no worthwhile underlying project; no agreement with Cisco Capital; and A.K. bribed key people for the signing of the 2/17/00 agreement.

BY THE WAY:
1. DOES ESTEL TELECOMMUNICATIONS -THE GREEK START UP- HAVE THE NECESSARY LICENSES?
2. WHO BRIBE WHOM IN GREECE FOR THE SIGNING OF THE FAMOUS MULTIMILLION DOLLAR "EUROPEAN CONTRACT"?
3. HAS CISCO CAPITAL SIGNED ANY AGREEMENT WITH ESTEL TO PROVIDE SOME OF THE REQUIRED FINANCING? IS THERE ANY COPY OF SUCH AGREEMENT? THIS IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT WOULD SAY A LOT ABOUT THE PROFITABILITY OF THE UNDERLYING PROJECT AND THE SUCCESS OF DAUPHIN.

It has been re-confirmed that the "contract" with the "European Union Firm", (please reed small Greek start-up) has expired as of June 14, 2000. Also, the Greek company has no longer the required license. Furthermore, the underlying project makes no sense from an economic prospective and no other participant finalized any contract ever. The project is dead.
The 2/17/00 announcement was MISLEADING, just to say the least, and will be the ground for class action lawsuits. ragingbull.lycos.com

By: NEMESIS10 $$$ Reply To: None Friday, 5 May 2000 at 11:54 AM EDT Post # of 89853 In the 2/17/00 announcement, "Dauphin Technology, Inc. Signs A Major European Contract", the following was written:
"At the appropriate time, when all participants conclude their respective arrangements, Dauphin Technology, Inc. will fully announce all necessary specifics pertaining to its contract and overall project. Such announcement is expected to occur within the next 30 to 45 days."
Does anybody know if and when any participant has concluded its respective arrangement?
If some of the participants have not concluded their respective arrangements yet, then the underlying project may not make economic sense and, therefore, the large contract that Dauphin has signed may prove to be carbon instead of Gold.
Is the European Union Firm, that Dauphin has signed the large contract with, really a small start-up Greek company?
