Ya, like I could ever get through to him...I could write a letter, but if I wrote a letter every time someone had an attitude about something they did wrong, I would never get anything else done. Maybe I should write a form letter and put in the CEO of the company, and the name of the person who told me I was wrong for wanting something corrected. There are tons of lawyers on SI, maybe they could publish a book with form letters to fit every occasion.
