Ali, the reason I think that the FX210 and FX215 Sony laptops do not utilize PowerNow is that they would list battery life in multiple modes if they did implement PowerNow. The FX215 with 15" display only gives "1 to 1.5" hour battery life which is really poor.

Don't you think they would at least implement the battery saver (always low speed CPU) mode and have a footnote, "1.5-3 hours in battery saver mode?"
