Aus, my line of reasoning about Polaroid and its use of SmartMedia is based on the fact that the cameras designed to use the lower capacity SmartMedia cards may not be able to accommodate the higher capacity cards, which cards are still lower capacity than the high end compact flash cards. That's why Olympus started selling its high end cameras with slots for both SmartMedia and Compact Flash. Fuji would also be in somewhat the same predicament as Polaroid, except that Fuji's higher end cameras appear ready to accommodate any capacity SmartMedia card. Art
