one thing to add here: one shouldn't overtrade in options. it is much better to only put on positions occasionally, at the major turns. one can't trade the wiggles with options...it has to be sizeable moves, like in March for instance. from the looks of it, the next major downleg in the bear is now underway...so from here on, the bounces are probably relatively low risk for put entries for a while. i'd love to see the market make a smallish rising wedge from today's low...but the possibility of a panic right here can't be ruled out completely. too many people seem to be fishing for a low and i see several key stocks breaking down badly.
