<<At 6 hookups per triplexor that's 100K triplexors @ $250 per triplexor that's an income to Luminent of about $150,000,000. Is that possible?>>

Duff, I think the numbers are 2-4 houses per Triplexor. $250 is reasonable I think (I can't remember where/when we got that number) - although the Triplexor also includes the Duplexor and I'm not sure if that $250 number includes that or not. But that only adds up to $37.5 Million - $75 Million. I think the average connection is towards the lower number (2). That number is CUMULATIVE over the years and runs to the end of 2001.

For a Cross check, LMNE did $48.2 million in Q1 and Marconi was a 14% customer, or $6.75 Million or around 27,000 triplexors, or 54,000-100,000 homes wired by BellSouth in Q1 (probably nearer the lower figure). Q1 was a bit light (historically weak winter quarter for FTTC), so say $30 Million for Triplexors this year. The numbers seem very reasonable to me.

The important thing is Bell South is still deploying rapidly.
