There are 2 issues which the analysts in their recent comments seem to have missed.

(1)What are the bonds issued in Feb trading at right now? I can't find them in the Globe and Mail.

(2) Speculation on whether they will cut their dividend?

The first one should be easy, so either they are trading at 100% or all the business papers i read are too lazy to check; i wouldn't be suprised if it was the latter.

The cash flow for 2 is some $400 million per year. That is sufficient to cover the interest on the debt. I can't believe they will keep paying a dividend given they are just about the only stock in the sector which pays a dividend. Should this be announced soon, i think you would see a further decline and thus a good buying time.
