I would appreciate it why AFFX is such a great investment even at these lower levels- As a layperson it looks to me like the company has nice technology but it sells picks and shovels rather than being directly in the drug discovery business. it sells for something like 8x book and 50x future profits. and this is after stumbling and discovering that this business has a cyclical component after all. Are you using any kind of discount projected cash flow pricing model?
