Vintage Petroleum increases its quarterly dividend

TULSA, Okla., June 12 (Reuters) -
Oil and gas producer Vintage Petroleum Inc. said on Tuesday it increased its quarterly cash dividend by 17 percent to 3.5 cents a share.

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Vintage said the dividend will be paid July 3 to shareholders of record on June 21.

The increase is the eighth quarterly cash dividend increase since Vintage initiated dividends in 1992, the company said.

Shares of Vintage Petroleum rose 3.7 percent, or 73 cents, to $20.48 during afternoon trading Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange, just off its 52-week high of $27.88. warp, I'm familiar but do not subscribe. They have probably forgotten more than I'll ever know about semi equips. I'm not sure all that info will help invest better in the industry. I try to follow the cycle and anticipate its inflection points.
