Good news for you VPI holdouts: Vintage Petroleum increases its quarterly dividend -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TULSA, Okla., June 12 (Reuters) - Oil and gas producer Vintage Petroleum Inc. said on Tuesday it increased its quarterly cash dividend by 17 percent to 3.5 cents a share. Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Vintage said the dividend will be paid July 3 to shareholders of record on June 21. The increase is the eighth quarterly cash dividend increase since Vintage initiated dividends in 1992, the company said. Shares of Vintage Petroleum rose 3.7 percent, or 73 cents, to $20.48 during afternoon trading Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange, just off its 52-week high of $27.88.
