Terry, Nothing big here yet. We have a number of "call centers" that sprung up here over the years serving financials and telcom companies -- when some of these start getting the heave-ho -- I'll let you know. Your datapoint fits nicely with the story on Gypsum wallboard mfring shutdown -- be patient and you'll get your place in the country on the cheap. FNM lied to us when they said they see housing remaining strong ... the bottom is getting ready to fall out on new construction.
