Foreigners use any excuse to compliment lovely females. They focus on legs because it's safe. If foreigners complimented female Danes on their boobs, they might get slapped.

That's only because you can't see the legs of the Danish females who are in cars. You can see their boobs, but it's not safe to comment on them.
