My cousin up there recently moved into a "modest" condo in Lincoln Park, he was showing me the neighborhood single family houses saying most are at least a million bucks. I could fit about 6 of them in my yard and my house has the square footage of probaly 3 of them. But ya, I'm in a dinky little town in cheap ol' Florida. The housing market up there is nuts, he said they signed their deal less than an hour after it came available. Actually, housing is doing quite well down here too. Glad I'm an owner not a buyer. I just got turned down for a sweet credit card deal last week. No bad credit, just not enough good credit. I wasn't to upset about it <ggg>. thanks for the gold advice. just picked up some more POCI Boyd
