OPXS: There are so many items dealt with in the documentation, I imagine many people would view this as just another. They could get an opinion from a patent attorney saying that they didn't think the Light Pointe patent award was correct, and that it was challengeable. They could further say that their approach differed significantly and therefore would not fall within the patent anyway, in their opinion. And of course they would also say that in the worst case situation they might be faced with licensing fees. Just a guess. Namaste! Jim
