Hi GV - ok, I get it.

For 2001, current nd is 7.25 M Q3 up 0.11 from 7.14 B Q3, so at that rate we would see 7.36 actual. As of YE 2000, 226 M options outstanding strike ~ $5 or below, plus approx 269 shares strikes less than $13. No idea how many of them were exercised, nor how many new options have been granted... although it looks like they are heading underwater as I type.

So we could see anywhere from 7.3 to 7.5 actual and maybe 7.4 - 7.6 FD depending on where the price settles.

We'll see. I guess a few hundred million shares doesn't make much difference at this point anyway.
