Thind, Do you believe the mbte is extremely toxic, Do you know how bad it is? you ask >>>>>> why would the current Bush administration EPA do an about face on MBTE and decide to force California to use something they don't need? Their are rules of oxygenation of gas in places where the folks pollute a lot. The only way to meet the law are MBTE and ethanol. So what is the about fact you speak of. Seems a lie spin to me or stupidity. As to forcing, the environmental laws are clear and are you saying the there is something wrong with following the law.
