Million in Revenue for the First Half of 2001 Continues to

Distinguish GONT

Go Online Networks Corp. (OTCBB:GONT) on Wednesday announced second quarter sales had grown to over $1,620,000 compared to sales of $147,200 for the same period last.

This will represent an 1100 percent sales gain from the same comparable quarter of 2000. These sales also represent a 95 percent sales increase over Go Online's record first quarter sales performance this fiscal year.

The sales increase was driven by the growing sales generated by Digital West, which continues to buck the industry trend of weak computer sales. "Our focus on the 'value added' marketplace, especially in the PC arena continues to be a big plus for our strong growth," said Andy Hart, president of Digital West.

Go Online's sales for the first two quarters of 2001 will top $2,445,900 for a 1,600 percent company sales increase year to date. Joseph Naughton, chairman of Go Online Networks said, "We are obviously extremely excited by the performance of our first six months. With our recent hiring of Mick Schumacher as our new corporate CFO, our focus for the second half of the year will be to develop a strong strategic plan to ensure our course to profitability."
