Intel Corp.-INTC mgt says they have no change in scheduled CapX spending-BEST 28 Slow mover: Andrew Corp (ANDW) 17.81 -0.55 (-3%): Stock reiterated Buy this morning at Southwest Securities. Firm believes that orders are beginning to trickle in from OEMs awarded contracts in China. In addition, thinks ANDW benefiting from a recent resurgence in orders from domestic mobile operators that curtailed spending in the 1st-half. Firm feels that current estimates are too conservative and that upward revisions are likely.
