In 2003 and beyond, they'll be upgrading PC's and servers and new generation applications out to use the broadband networks. Another booming time ahead I see.

Softie, I think you're wrong about upgrading PC, servers, etc. Why upgrade when companies across the country have buttloads of empty cubicles fully loaded with PC's due to all the layoffs. Not to mention all the dead dot.coms with all that used inventory of PC's, network gear, etc. IMO, no pickup in CAPEX spending until next year at the earliest.
