You got that right ...Or in this case, shares talked, looks like....Jain keeps talking about the 60+kazillion shares he has.....Vulcan Ventures only has 6.5% (??) ownership with 21million shares or so.......ALLof the shares Russell and all former officers combined couldn't overcome Jain's shares.... So who again didn't honor an agreement to leave? WHEN EXACTLY were the patent agreements signed????? Before December 2000? WHAT EXACTLY did Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley reports say about this merger?????? There, how's that for filling in a little bit? (I know, NOT NEARLY enough questions have been asked.....and currently, none have been answered!)
