I did quick look at actions in BKX puts. Someone definitely bought Puts in 10 separate lots of 260 contracts each from JUn to AUG starting at strikes below where we are now. Most of the positions are new positions where there was no open interest to speak of so they are not closing down existing open position.

Someone thinks s___ is hitting the fans.

PS I think NT LU and LVLT at or near 52 W lows are a sign that there debts have not been attended to in a fashion that lendor and borrower can live with.

Unless QQQ rallies sharply by the close, it looks to have broken a triple bottom around 45 today. A drop to 40 or so seems to be in the cards here before long.

Gold and bonds the big winners today.
