Well I do not see EMC rolling out a new canadian subsidiary like NTAP's NETWORK APPLIANCE OF CANADA LTD, NTAP must be doing much better than emc these days to be engaged in such GROWTH activities.
If they snatch up former emc executives, that too is definitely something to consider also.
