Ah! But if you knew the average cost of the 1.9 million shares of shorts(maybe $37), you know the resistance(TA) coming up soon. Unless the market maker decides to average cost of shorts up. Cost of market makers' shorts are derived from the monthly shorts data and price range in those months. Then as the shorts were bought back, the profits are not included for averaging the cost of the rest of the shorts. Good luck on this investment. Lets see if you can put a price on where there will be resistance?
