Thanks for bringing my attention to the photos. It takes a close look. IF I were a witness, I would be hard pressed to testify the one on the right is NOT McVeigh. Same eyes, same hair, different jaw. I'm not exactly sure what the function of BATF is supposed to be. About 25 years ago they assigned me one of their confiscated firearms for the purpose of shooting cones off noble fir trees to test for ripeness. That was useful. I'm sure the people in BATF are trying to do their job well, but it is difficult under such a founding premise.
