Impco Files For Public Offering Of $50M Of Cmn Stk CERRITOS, Calif. -- Impco Technologies Inc. (IMCO) filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of $50 million of comon stock. In a press release Monday, the company said it will use the proceeds from the offering to fund operations of its Quantum Technologies Worldwide unit, repay indebetedness and for general corporate purposes, including working capital. The offering will be managed by Raymond James & Associates Inc.; Adams, Harkness & Hill Inc. and FAC/Equities. Shares of Impco closed down 61 cents, or 1.8%, Friday at $32.50 on Nasdaq volume of 100 shares. Average volume is 289,195 shares. Impco, with 10.3 million shares outstanding, designs, makes and supplies fuel delivery and electronic control systems.
