Thanks Dee Jay. What happens if, say there are significant differences, but say, a 40% overlap? One filed in Europe, the other US. Maybe they end up needing part of each others' claims, and so agree to share and not dispute? How might this work out? Anyone? Wouldn't BOTH be better off sharing than disputing? With a dispute, it is possible either could lose. If they share, they both win, vs competition. We will have to see how this plays out.
