That is a major side-splitter. Never seen such a nincompoop in charge of CA. Ooops, forgot about Jerry "moonbeam" Brown. Except for his idiotic backing of Davis in the "energy crisis" that they claim Bush created I kind of like moonbeam now. He's good for the city of Oakland.
