No, that wasn't my question. How much more than other US consumers are Californians paying for each kilowatt hour (i.e. just how much do you claim that they are being gouged for power being produced in other states, the production of which pollutes those other states, not CA.)?

If Californians are being gouged, I challenge you to prove it. I will gladly eat crow if you can substantiate that Californians are paying the highest rates in the country.

I suspect that you've merely bought into Davis's line, without checking the facts.
