12 cents a share might make a good toe wetting position. I see insiders executed options at .10 share and sold- there must be more of that dilution yet to come. They have $1.5 in cash and no debt, but losses might erode that.

Shame they muddied up the waters so much with their aquistion binge- makes it hard to get a feel for what future unrealized profits might come to market. Amazing- Institutional buying of 171million shares vs 1million insider sales. Institutions must be the bag holders on this one.

i think you'll find thats "pro forma" book value..like everything else JDSU does it's inflated.

what do you think of their $3.21 bln net loss? kind of makes AMZN's losses look like chump change don't you think?

what pisses me off the most is i covered 1/3 of my JDSU short today..i'm going back to my greedy ways. <NG>
