Hi Nancy - the problem with dark fiber is precisely pt. And you and I seem to agree on that. Metro may be ok b/c it is a regional development with quicker ROI. I think it is the 1/2 full or 1/2 empty thing. I cannot imagine people are still expecting upside surprises. I mean, this is the age of reduced expectation. With regard to the stk price, obviously, 100% increase sounds impressive, but how many 100% increase does it take for a stk fallen by 90% to recoup the loss? I am not saying it is possible for most stks to recoup the loss. My point is that it is a # game. True, the psychology now dictates quick profit taking or capital preservation, but it is quite a different animal. best, Bosco
