Oh well, better the Senate spend their time on this than some other things they could. I sometimes I wish I had the power to put into effect just a few little laws. The first one would be: no member of any legislative body may vote on any matter until they certify under penalty of perjury that they have read the bill or act in its entirety and understand every provision of it and the effects it is likely to have on the citizenry, the economy, and the environment.
