Ahh, once again after being left intellectually crumbled in an argument. Flapjack falls back to his last hope, personal attacks.

When developing systems which have never been invented before, it's often better to allocate an affordable budget toward the goal each year, then check on the progress toward goal achievement at reasonable intervals. We don't have the clearance to be privy toward progress thus far. That's one of the reasons we elect Representatives.

mil·len·ni·um (m-ln-m)
n. pl. mil·len·ni·a (-ln-) or mil·len·ni·ums
1. A span of one thousand years.
2. A thousand-year period of holiness mentioned in Revelation 20, during which Jesus and his faithful followers are to rule on earth.
3. A hoped-for period of joy, serenity, prosperity, and justice.
4. A thousandth anniversary

Please share this site, this isn't the first time someone has claimed I've used the wrong word when describing something. Contrary to some opinions here, words can have multiple meanings. Additionally, last time I checked, figurative language was a part of free speech.
