Ahh, once again after being left intellectually crumbled in an argument. Flapjack falls back to his last hope, personal attacks. When developing systems which have never been invented before, it's often better to allocate an affordable budget toward the goal each year, then check on the progress toward goal achievement at reasonable intervals.
