Ed, it sure looks like a great deal for BPI.

MMI will not have to come up with 50% of the financing and they will enjoy the leverage
that the stock will give them. This helps compensate some, BPI must have convinced them
that this stock is going to the moon. At least that is wishful thinking. Remember, these
vendors (MMI) have held this a long time and has gone no where, they might have
been anxious as well.
