How do you know this is not the start of a fall to 1200. answer: (1) No estimates of future Nasdaq moves are made. (2) System follows the current trend. (3) Current trend is determined by recent highs and lows. (4) Idea based on two books now out of print. (4a) Mr. Cootner on probabilities of current trends. (4b) Another one written by a past president of the AMEX, who plotted weekly closes on stocks. Hope that helps.
