Then why are you casting aspersions and innuendo about the motivation behind the EPA's requirement that ethanol be included in the mix in place of MTBE? You did bring up Archer Daniels Midland, did you not?

Davis claims that gasoline refiners say they can manufacture gasoline that meets the standards without MTBE or ethanol. Obviously if the feds can insist on ethanol there is some proof missing.
