How about buy emc and sell brcd 04/90 calls. emc=19 knuar=6.9 A 2 for 1 ratio write gets you into emc at 5.2. Look at comparison of charts on yahoo and also basic metrics. My bet is that emc and brcd have similar chart pattern in next 30 months. brcd is much more volatile in short term and options reflect this fact, but in long term the volatility is less important than the fundamentals of each company. FWIW the risk reward situation is low risk and possibly high reward.
