This makes sense however when your dollar is to costly on and the world is an open market it doesn't do too much to improve the competitive basis of your own nation. This is an new era and past doesn't seem to apply you can't look at this boom like the goldrush that took place in one area of this nation.
This boom opened up the whole world of different dollar values.
